Refund Policy

This Policy explains how refunds work for INTELLURA AI Visual Health Check.

This is not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a licensed doctor.

1. Free Features

Core wellness checks may be offered free of charge. No refund applies to free features.

2. Paid Subscriptions / In-App Purchases

All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store's refund policies.

3. Direct Purchases

For purchases made directly from INTELLURA, you may request a refund within 14 days if the service was not delivered as described. Email support@intellura.app with proof of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Used AI scan credits, partial subscription periods already consumed, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
